I used a full pound of blue crab meat. The Vietnamese chess pieces are guarding it. That's a 16 oz beer next to it. The pencil, inkwell, and roll of stamps (in the small box) are there to lend an element of scale. The porcelain plate is 9 and 5-8 inches in diameter.
