This Lady Bug was exploring a beautiful purple snail vine flower.
The snail-like flowers are produced in profusion from summer to fall. A very vigorous perennial vine. The Snail Vine's flowers are produced singly or in small clusters of mostly purple flowers that originate from the leaf axils.
The large, spiraling flowers are extremely attractive and create an on-going display all summer long.
