Behind The Lens

Location

This was Taken at Rimrock Overlook in the Allegheny National Forest. In Warren Pennsylvania.

Time

This was taken on a spring evening, June 22, 2023 I was out for a walk at one of my favorite spots in the Allegheny National Forest.

Lighting

there were spring storms moving through our area this day, and I remember the lighting was changing so much so frequently while I was out. this happened to be at a moment where the sun was behind a large bank of clouds, and it made for a moody look.

Equipment

I used my Fuji X-T30 camera with a Viltrox 33mm f1.4 lens. hand held 1/420 sec f/3.6 Iso 2000

Inspiration

i just found the blooms to be beautiful against the green.

Editing

No Processing. this is straight out of camera.

In my camera bag

i usually have my X-T30 and Viltrox 33mm lens, an Olympus OM10 with a 28, 50, and 135mm lens. and an OM to Fuji X mount adapter to mount any of those lenses to my X-T30.

Feedback

My advice is to go for that walk, get out there, and always be on the lookout for things that interest you. Move around until you looking find the framing that makes a good composition.
