I went to this place of argentine food in Valencia, Spain; called 13 Repulgues. The food was fantastic but at the moment of dessert, they offered me Flan con Dulce de Leche (Flan Caramel with Milk Sweet), It was awesome and I enjoyed it a lot. Now it is my preferred dessert.
