Candid Nature Object Photography and Lifestyle Aesthetic. A pile of pebbles taken at sunrise during a moment of morning mindfulness. If I have the chance to go to my local beach early in the morning I take the opportunity to connect with my feelings and the nature that surrounds me . Using the feeling of positivity that I can receive in that environment I take a few minutes to devote some time to show gratitude for the gifts I have been given and spend some mindful moments taking in the air as part of the self care activities that help me cope with my lifelong disabilities. Therefore , the pile of pebbles are chosen in the moment , not piled to be pleasing in composition but to gain pleasure and energy for the coming day.
