Location
This phot was taken at The Cathedral of St Etienne of Bourges. A UNESCO world heritage center.
Time
It was after lunch. Our group had just finished having lunch on the Cathedral's grounds before our tour time. It was a simply magnificent day with a cloudless sky and a nice warm breeze.
Lighting
The entire interior of the Cathedral was bathed in the warm light of the day. Which gave highlight to the wonderful colors inside and created sharp distance shadows throughout.
Equipment
Normally I would do used on of my Nikons but this day I was feeling lazy and just was using my Phone 10XS Max.

Inspiration
I always marvel at the construction of old gothic cathedrals and just try to imagine the amount of work the laborers had to go through to construct such magnificent structures. I also marvel at how these building were decorated on the interior. This particular section of the cathedral really caught my eye with the defining copper colored ceiling.
Editing
I played a little with the exposure and a bit of clarity.
In my camera bag
Nikon 750 or 850. 16-35mm lens, 50mm lens, 24-120mm lens. A flash unit and additional camera supplies.
Feedback
As I always say, look for what you want to photograph and see it before you shoot.
