Behind The Lens

Location

On a backroads drive out near my old home place. West of the town of Barrhead.

Time

This was taken early springtime about 3.00 o'clock in the afternoon, with lots of snow on the ground so this guy was not too happy running along the snow banks in the roadside ditch.

Lighting

This happened to be a sunny day so this was all-natural light with the background of the snow.

Equipment

I was out with my new Cannon 75-300 mm image stabilizer and I did this hand holding the camera and following him as he was running down the ditch. He did not stop and give too many good shots I think this was my lucky shot.

Inspiration

This is why I enjoy going out on backroad road trips you never know what you might find out there to photograph. And on this day I was hoping to be able to try out the new lens and when I saw this stinky critter out and about I had to try for some photos.

Editing

Can't remember but I did some cropping for sure.

I have my Cannon Rebelt6 this lens along with my 18-250 sigma and a 150-600 sigma. a tripod.extra batteries and cards,
