Rock Mt Nat Pk is one of the highest in the nation with elevations from 7,860-14,259 with sixty peaks over 12,000 feet. This shot was taken after many people were snapping shots and scared it out of the area. I waited until everybody had left and went on a walk hoping to see him again. After about 40 mins i was able to get close enough for this shot of him resting in the grass. I heard and seen the brush moving to my left and spotted two more big bulls and deceided it was time to leave there area.
