Behind The Lens

Location

After a rainy morning my husband and I went for a drive. We walked along a path that had tulips that were slowly fading. I've been experimenting with my Macro lens, wanting to get more rain drop pictures. I didn't have my tripod with me but I attempted a few shots with out it. This was one of the results! Thank you for the recognition!!!

Time

It was just after a morning rain, probably about 11 in the morning, the sky still cloudy with a threat of more rain.

Lighting

I didn't use a flash, it was a cloudy day.

Equipment

I used my Canon 70D, my 60mm macro lens, no flash, no tripod (sadly)

Inspiration

I've been loving the look of rain drops on flowers and leaves lately. I think it's a great way to capture spring :)

Editing

I use lightroom to edit but I don't remember what tools I use in lightroom

In my camera bag

My bag has a 50mm, 60mm, 35 mm my kit lens and a 70-200 all ready to go.

Feedback

I would say carry a tripod if you are using your macro lens. I always forget it at home but I want to capture more in the near future with hopefully even better results!!
