Why should I or someone else have manipulated the competition? Is there any reason why they leave their anger so disrespectfully under my image?

Beautiful shot. Some people only leave nasty comments because they are jealous.

Location
The photo was taken on a cold, rainy-wet November morning in my native town Salurn (South Tyrol-Italy). The ruin of Haderburg, one of the landmarks of my home village, situated on a rocky outcrop, has been watching over our community since the 10th century. Less than half a mile away from my apartment, I have every day the opportunity to observe this man-made miracle.Time
Early in the morning the village was covered with fog, I had been lent a Dji Phantom4 the day before. As the fog began to settle down, I saw the opportunity to photograph the castle like no one has ever seen it before.Lighting
I wanted to recreate a dramatic atmosphere, in line with the history of Haderburg castle. I had a picture like this in my head for a long time but it was not possible to realize it for a long time because I did not have the appropriate means before or the weather was not suitable.... Until that morning where everything was right: the fog was not too dense, so that one could still look down and the autumn colors which did not make the picture too sad.Equipment
Clearly, I had to use a drone for this photo. I borrowed it a few days earlier. It's a DJI Phantom4, very light and easy to fly. The camera has a discrete resolution and the quality was good enough for me.Inspiration
I have been fascinated by the majesty of Haderburg since childhood. As a young boy I spent a lot of time at the castle and imagined the medieval life in it. I have photographed the ruin many times before, but slowly my idea to create a special photo to honor "my" castle began to mature.Editing
The image editing in this picture was quite simple and discreet, I increased the contrast and saturation, the white balance became a little warmer. The clarity was increased to emphasize the dramatic effect in the picture. In my camera bag
I use a Nikon D800 with different lenses: - Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8G - Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8G - Nikon 14-24 f/2.8 - Sigma 24mm f/1.4 ART - Sigma 35mm f/1.4 ART - Nikon 50mm f/1.4 - Nikon 60mm f/2.8 macro - Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 - 2 tripods - several polarizing filtersFeedback
To be able to take such pictures it takes a lot of patience, experience and knowledge of the place, because of long observation I could guess the right moment. In landscape photography this is decisive, often the perfect moment only takes a few seconds, you have to be prepared for it and make the necessary camera settings beforehand, so that you can concentrate on the picture section in this period of time.
