Behind The Lens

Location

In my backyard.

Time

It was around the golden hour so late afternoon.

Lighting

The sun was right behind me so the lightning was pretty good for shots.

Equipment

The Pentax K-S1 with the 50-200 f4 lens.

Inspiration

I saw the tree and framed the photo in my mind. While the technical part can be better I think the framing is good.

Editing

I corrected the white-balance, did some noise reduction changed the colours a little and that was all.

In my camera bag

I have my 50mm f1.8, the 18-55 one and the 50-200 one.

Feedback

Go out in the golden hour (Google it if you don't know what this is), frame it in your mind and then shoot it. You can use a tripod too as the shutter speed needs to be a little low at this part of the day sometimes (Plus if you have a tripod you look more professional)
