June 13th 2011,I walked alone in streets of Milan , picked some pictures of italian life in the city.I arrived at the famous Cathedral, the third biggest in the world.I picked a lot of pictures outdoor (famous towers, arches) then I decided to go inside...I didn't expect it was so wonderfull with spectacular vitrail ,architecture, marble and wood.Time
At this afternoon, sunny outside but dark inside the Cathedral. Silence in spite of some tourists from every where in the world.Respectful athmosphere. Poeple lighted candles and made a little pray. I wait for nobody was near of candles and take 3 shots.Lighting
The light was perfect with a lot of candles and dark backyard .Equipment
I used a Nikon D80 , Tamron 18-270 mm. This picture : 1/500 sec , f/5 200mm , iso 200. No flash. no tripod.Inspiration
Athmosphere and beauty of the place, religious attitude and serenity of people inspired me to take this picture. I always like take pictures in chuches.Editing
I only use a little bit more clearness for this picture. In my camera bag
In my bag,I have my camera Nikon D80,my lens Tamaron 18-270 mm and some filters.Feedback
Try to capture with or without flash with différents exposures give différents results for the same picture. Try and dare and try again!
