Thanks! The technical details are to the right of these comments and I've added some info in the BTL text at the bottom of the page. Good luck!/Mats

Location
This photo was shot on Gerakas beach on Zakynthos, Greece.Time
Early afternoon.Lighting
The lighting this day was a thin cloud cover with some sun.Equipment
Canon 5d mkII, Canon 70-300 f/4-5.6 IS USMInspiration
I am generally fascinated by water and waves, from small splashes on a sunny beach to stormy waves. They can be caught in many different ways and express movement and moods.Editing
This photo is post-processed in Lightroom 5. The contrast has been enhanced and a blue tone has been used for enhanced "ocean feeling".In my camera bag
I usually bring four lenses: 24-105 f/4 for allround photos, 70-200 f/4 for telephoto, 90 mm f/2.8 for macro and 15-30 f/2.8 for wide-angle and landscape shots.Feedback
Here I've chosen a very short exposure to freeze the water droplets, which reveals the fantastics forms water can shape. Keep it at 1/1000 or shorter, not too big opening (to catch sharpe images of waves moving towards you) and use a low position. Try to catch sequences of progressing waves.
