Location
Photo was taken just out side the small town of Glasnevin, Saskatchewan CanadaTime
Photo was taken early evening, On this day storms were predicted to be severe so we positioned early to be in a good spot when the storms did fire. After a short couple hour wait this storm fired to our west about a hour later we were right on in front of this storm. On the way to this storm I was making mental notes of good foregrounds as I would be chasing back the way I just came from and almost as planned I arrived back at this building just as the storm was approaching.Lighting
When storm chasing not much one an do about lighting you pretty much have to deal with the hand you are dealt and make sure you are ready to adapt as the light changes.Equipment
Camera used to take this photo was Manfrotto Tripod, 18mm-135mm canon lense on my favorite camera the Canon 70DInspiration
Storm chasing and landscaping photography are my inspiration. Just getting out seeing the wide open spaces and some of the most powerful storms churn overhead is what keeps me going.Editing
Lightroom and photoshop elements were used and contrast, saturation were the main changesIn my camera bag
2 Cameras canon t3 with a 10-22mm canon lense and my main camera is a canon 70d with a 18-135mm I have 2 manfrotto tripods as well all the time along with gopros and other video equipmentFeedback
