I don't even want to say that I "like" the photo, because it's horrible what happened. Hopefully no one was in that vehicle?

Behind The Lens

Location

June 1, 2011 There was a Tornado in Springfield, MA. This is one of the damage that was done. Lots of down trees, many houses & a high school was destroyed. Lots of property damage. I took this photo after the tornado passed.

Time

Around 4 pm EST

Lighting

It was taken in natural light around 4 pm.

Equipment

Nikon Coolpix P90 Hand held.

Inspiration

This was the first major tornado to do so much destruction miles and miles. Mostly following trees, but also damaged houses in Springfield Massachusetts. June 1, 2011
