Location
This photo is taken in the Meiji Shrine, located in Shibuya, Tokyo. We were walking around and saw this guy clearing the way for a traditional Japanese wedding ceremony. He was very serious doing his work, his face was very serious and so were the movements to make the way.Time
It was a hot September day, and the light was very harsh. The time the photo was taken was around midday.Lighting
I was lucky enough not to have the harsh sun in his face. So I knew that the man's features would come out beautifully.Equipment
Shot with Canon 5d Mark IV, Aperture: f/7.1, ISO: 640, Shutter Speed: 1/2000, Focal Length: 135mmInspiration
When I saw the seriousness way he took his job I knew I wanted a portrait with some bokeh. Took my longer lens to get the face without coming too close.Editing
In lightroom I applied a black and white high contrast preset. Then adapted the sliders to my taste. I wanted to get the seriousness and age coming out.In my camera bag

Look for expression in the faces, and make sure you are not being noticed to have the most natural look.
