Thanks so much Pedro, appreciate. I'm quite new here and didn't get it right , how it works. There are a lot of doubts yet with contests and peers and buying profiles... But thank you so much, great gallery you have :)

I must excuse me to all of you giving me so nice inputs on my pictures and getting no immediately response. I don't come here often in my Mac and on my phone I do not know how to see or respond to comments. I just erased a beautiful Pro+ comment soul, just because I thought the right - button on the right side of the comment was a way to respond to just that comment. I erased it. please forgive me for my stupidity and still not getting how to work with this. So sorry , please forgive me for been such a bad member of this lovely community

This photo is a cropped frame from a footage I took during S.João city festivities . I took some footage along the river in a boat.Time
I was invited to do some footage in one of the boats that do the "Porto Bridges Circuit" in the Popular City Festivities in Porto, called S.João. It happens every Year on the nighty from the 23th to 24th of June and it celebrates the born of S.João Baptista. It is a catholic festivity. At midnight firework is launched from this Bridge and from the middle of the river. So every single boat organize dinners and do trips up and down the river making time till midnight. At midnight they stop by the banks and give their customs the best view to the firework. So I just cropped a frame to post it on instagram.Lighting
Well there is no treatment in this image. It rained the all day and suddenly round 7p.m clouds just started to dissipate and this summer sunset light appear.Equipment
I was filming with my Nikon D800 with my Nikon lens AF-S Zoom 28-70mm f/2.8DInspiration
As I was shooting full HD footage and could not do both with the same machine, photo and video, I felt the need to share the beauty of this scenario so I chose a frame , cropped it and post it on Instagram.Editing

iPhone. I'm addicted to it as its so small and versatile with all its apps. Since I got my iPhone 5 years ago, I start leaving my Nikon and my GoPro behind. A lot of times I regret my laziness but ... at that point it's to late for regrets. You shoot with what you got.Feedback
My advise is , read the manual. Don't think in post production later. We have a popular saying: know the machine as the palms of my hands. Meaning you have to know exactly in a frame of a second what parameters to change, what are the gear limitations you could then readjust or correct in post. In this particular scene, I had my work facility as I chose from a footage frame and the light? Divine, as most of the sunset light in this City in summer. But most of the time decisions imply knowing your machine gear blindfolded, make choices like, color temperature, aperture, iso values. My advise. Try to get it all in the shoot in a way you could forget corrections later. Try to forget auto functions. last but not least: Paul Cezanne a famous painter said once: Light is not something that can be reproduced, but must be represented with something else, with colors.
