Great shot and composition, If you have taken this Image in RAW it would be nice to see if you can bring a little more detail into the foreground in lightroom without loosing the beautiful background and blue sky.

Location
This photo was taken at Jones Lake, a BC Hydro reservoir. It's near Chilliwack, B.C.Time
I don't actually remember. It was definitely before 10am. Probably around 8:30am to 9am.Lighting
The lighting is 100% natural. The snowy mountains are lit up, as the sun hadn't crested the mountains surrounding the reservoir. It was just touching the highest peaks.Equipment
I used my iPhone 6S Plus. Point and shoot.Inspiration
When I got to the reservoir, this view dominated the landscape. I loved the look of it. It was a little breezy, as well. The clouds added a texture to all the photos I took here. Even the same view, looked different after a few minutes with the clouds moving through.Editing
No. Point and shoot. I can't take a lot of credit for this photo. The landscape did it all. You couldn't take a bad shot with this scenery. In my camera bag
I usually carry my Nikon Coolpix P610, two spare batteries, a monopod, and my iPhone.Feedback
I'm still kind of a brand new photographer. I seek advice. I don't hand it out. But if I had any advice, I would have to say: Let Nature speak. I've seen some gorgeous shots on this site, but then the photographer "added" texture or colour that, in my opinion, wasn't necessary.
