Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Queens-borough plaza station in New York City.

Time

This is one of the best pictures I have taken. It was taken in a cold morning of January.

Lighting

The light which was reflecting from the snow at outside, made the light bright white was just perfect.

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon 70D with an EF-S 18-55mm lens. No tripod, no flash.

Inspiration

I was wondering around in subway station in a cold morning of January, looking for a perfect street photo. Then this train was arriving. The train made me feel the business of people's life in New York. All the people were waiting for it. And I thought to them its just not a train to them, its more than that. Many things can happen if they miss the train. That thought shake me and I took the shot.

Editing

I just made it black and white.

In my camera bag

I always carry my 70D with a 24-105mm. Yes I changed my lens recently.
