Behind The Lens

Location

Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC.

Time

Shot at noon, following a light snowfall during the prior evening & morning.

Lighting

It was still very dark & cloudy from the storm-front passing through that prior evening & morning, even by noon.

Canon 5DM3 (35mm Full Frame Digital) + Canon EF 50mm f/1.4, + Oben CC-2481L Carbon Fiber Lateral Tripod + Oben BB-2 Ball Head

Inspiration

I shoot at Freedom Park quite often... one of my favorite places; and have nice shots from all the seasons, depicting winter's white, spring's growth, summer's greenery, and fall's wonderful colors. *** (2" snowfall in Charlotte can be gone by the next day, so you have to be ready & act quickly!)

Editing

Not much, used Adobe Lightroom + my "creative creamtone preset" + my "medium vignette".
