Location
I took the photo in Bemidji, Minnesota USA.Time
I took it at exactly 6:15:37 Am.Lighting
The sun was just about to show up in the sky but because I took it under the canopy of the forest it acted as great soft box. It is infrared photo and sometimes I suffer the hot sport but in this case I don't have ny problem at all. Great morning in a lovely place.Equipment
I used my Canon EOS infrared converted 5D Mark II camera, TS-E17mm f/4L canon lens, Manfratto tripod and canon trigger release TC-80N3.Inspiration
The light that infrared camera can capture inspire me a lot, and of course I the beauty of the foliage alongside of the dirt road caught my attention too.Editing
Yes I did, I went to upload my image into Canon software uploader because I love it, then opened the image into Photoshop to do the color channel interchanging, and I went to play with the saturation, and did something with the light and shadow. In my camera bag
I have 3 canon cameras, the 1D X, 7D and the 5D Mark II infrared dedicated,TC-80N3 trigger release, manfratoo tripod, and lenses which depend on what type of photo I would like to photograph.Feedback
Infrared is really good in foliage. so have time to look for a place where you liked to have your composition. Cover your camera when you are taking photos under high sun. And see to it that you have set the focusing well before you use the live view mood to capture the photos.
