It was a beautiful sunrise over the bay

Canon T3i with an 18-55mm lens

Inspiration

I was looking for a Sunrise shot and hoping for lots of color and that morning didn't disappoint. It was a beautiful morning over the old former dock posts.

Editing

No post processing was done. I always shoot for my best images and avoid post processing other than occasionally cropping.

In my camera bag

My Canon T3i , a 18-55mm, a 100-400mm, a wide angle 24- 155mm, and a 75- 200mm lens and a 2x converter . Multiple filters and a Canon speedlite flash

Feedback

Get up early and look for your location or scout it the day before. Set up and wait for Sunrise and get ready to start shooting at soon as nature starts its show. Don't get in a hurry to leave and let the sun get up over the horizon and continue to shoot as the sun rises until the morning colors begin to fade.
