Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken near a small village where my wife's parents live. I was searching for a place with less light to capture the stars and on the way I saw this picture

Time

Around 23h00

Lighting

The light on the wall and tree comes from a street lamp further up the road

Equipment

Canon 750d and a cheap tripod. The lens is a Samyang 17mm

Inspiration

Kind of a terror movie scene

Editing

Simple post processing, mainly contrast and darken the highlights on the tree

In my camera bag

I have a different setup now, I carry a sony alpha 99 with a minolta 70-210, minolta 35-70, Sony 18-35. A set of Nd filters and respective support, the same cheap tripod
