Sierra Nevada's Heaven We had a lot of chance this day. Leaving at 03h30, ang going up around 3h00 in a 4x4 on the badest road of the world. A bit before 06h00 the sun stated wake up from its whool bed. We were a kind of disappointed because we hadn't arrived at the top. We took some photos and the colors weren't so beautiful. Indeed we decided to finish the trip. Arriving there, we ran at the top of the hill, and magically the sun was giving us a 2nd show in all its glory. This was taken at San Lorenzo, above Minca. Sierra Nevada de Colombia. If you like my work feel free to follow me on :

Quality of light is unparalleled in this shot! Like you said in your description - "magical". The texture of the clouds. The silhouette of the mountains. The subtle gradation of sky color. The composition is awesome. You totally captured the glory of nature here! I can imagine how you felt being there to see it first hand.
