Thank you for mentioning the fragility of this unique part of art. Some people think they must pose onto the bridge to get a great photo. Thanks to your beautiful picture of the bridge it's shown that the bridge is beautiful enough of its own. :)

This is one of the famous and very fragile "devils bridges". The photo was taken during the fall of 2016, the bridge dates from 1860 and is located in Kromlau park in Germany. Nobody is allowed on the bridge, due to the fragility.Time
Between 12:00 noon and 13:00h. Looking from what other people did with this scene, it is very nice in almost any season and any time of day.Lighting
This was in fact a very easy shot to get, just be there and press the button and be happy ;-)Equipment
Equipment: Just my D300 camera with the 18-200 zoom kit-lens. No tripod.Inspiration
I have seen many lovely pictures of this place, and I really wanted to see it for myself. So we organized a weekend trip to Germany, to combine a visit to Potsdam and the Rakotz Brucke.Editing
I toned down the highlights to bring out the blues in the sky more; a little more saturation in the trees. In my camera bag
Normally I only carry my D500, with an 18-200 lens (sometimes also a wide angle zoom).Feedback
If you want to do something like this, the point is to first find where these nice places are. So I look at pictures of other people, and try to figure out where it is, and how they took the shot. However, I my feeling is that I sometimes go home with the same shot as everybody else. I'm still woking on ways to avoid that, but I have no answers yet.
