Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in Sherwood Park on a water management lake in Summerwood.

Time

It was a sunny hot afternoon.

Lighting

The sun is always very bright reflecting off the water.

Equipment

I used a Cannon 7D, with a Cannon 70-200 zoom lens.

Inspiration

The pelicans are a huge bird and so graceful in flight. I love watching them landing & taking off.

Editing

I cropped it and adjusted the colour in ACDSEE

Just what I need batteries, extra cards etc

Feedback

Practice following the birds in flight keeping everything in focus & in the frame. I like to take as many shots as possible.
