Well I was waiting for my 7am class to start and I decided to explore around in the fog to look for a cool shot and just as I was about to start walking back to class I found this location with so much fog and waited a little longer for someone to go through. You're the first person to ever ask me that :D

Thank you! Which one are you referring to I'm still trying to learn how to use Viewbug. It took me nearly a month to realize I received one before until I dug through my emails one. Thank you again :)

Location
I took this at school while waiting for my Math Class to start and it was foggy so I decided to take my camera with me.Time
I remember waking up that day at about 5am to get ready for my 7am class and I noticed it was extremely foggy outside so I took my camera with me and leaving a little earlier than usual.Lighting
The lighting was so perfect that I waiting a few minutes for an interesting subject to walk through because I noticed how it created a silhouette.Equipment
All I used was a Nikon D3100 and a Nikkor 50mm 1.8. Though I now have much better equipment I still love simplicity as long as it gets the job done.Inspiration
What really inspired me to take this photo was the fog, the light and shows like Doctor Who and the Twilight Zone even though I've only watched a few episodes of either show. We hardly get super dense fog in Fresno, California.Editing
Yes I simply used a little dodging and burn. To be more specific I burned the trees (not literally) to draw the eye to the tree which leads the eye to the subject and dodged the grass of the side of the cement so that the viewer wouldn't be distracted. In my camera bag
At the time it was my Nikon D3100 a Nikkor 50mm 1.8G and a Nikkor 55-200, however, now I mostly use my Nikon D750 with my 50mm 1.8G, my Nikkor 35-70 2.8 and occasionally my manual focus Opteka 85mm 1.8.Feedback
Look for images on song covers, movies and photographers that inspire you but don't become obsessed with it or else you might not notice the beautiful scenery behind your camera's viewfinder. I nearly discarded this photo on the back of my camera. I was so obsessed to be as good as others that inspire me that I started to self criticize. However, I learned that sometimes it takes looking at an image you hate so many times until you start to love it.
