I took this photo at Lake Lansing North Park in Haslett, MI.Time
It was late morning, and I had just gotten a negative result on my covid test. I'd been in the house for 8 days. As soon as I got the word, I jumped in the car and drove the 20 minutes to Haslett.Lighting
Lighting was au natural.Equipment
I used Nikon D3400 DSLR. No tripod. I'm brand new to this good camera stuff. I don't know the lens. I'm going to take classes.Inspiration
I wasn't even all the way into the park when I saw this shot. I pulled over and got out. I was still in a happy mood from being out and about. The capture spoke to me.Editing
I didn't do any post-processing.In my camera bag
Nikon D3400, and the 2 lenses that came with it, spare batteries, a spare SD card. Charger.Feedback
It's all about the reflection. The light coming in through the trees looks ghostly. The sky was perfectly partly cloudy that day.
