Thank you so much! This was taken with Canon mp-e 65mm 1-5x macro with a flash. You need to be very steady or better use a tripod and keep trying.

Behind The Lens

Location

Outdoor in the nature while walking with my dog. I always takes my camera because you never know what you come across.

Time

This photo I took in the late afternoon during summer time. Each season has its own unique light and effect.

Lighting

I find using flash in macro photography necessary. Try to use it together with natural light to get the best result.

Equipment

This was shot on Canon 5D mark IV and Canon mp-e 65mm 1-5x macro lens with macro flash. I would recommend to use tripod as well but this one was taken without one.

Inspiration

Since I bought the macro lens, I discovered an amazing hidden world. Macro photography opens your eyes and you learn to appreciate more and see the world around you differently.

Editing

I crop the image to make sure I achieved what I aimed for and as I shoot in RAW, I mostly developing and adjusting the light.
