Location
This photo was taken in the art village of Rajhurajpur, Odisha. This village is famous for its arts and cultures. All the villagers in this place are somewhere connected to Art may it be painting, sculpturing, dancing, singing, etc. which make this place a very famous tourist place and have people from various parts of the world.Time
This was clicked during the day time, to be exact around lunchtime when everyone was having their lunch but I found this person who chose to complete his woodwork first then having his meal because people from India believe that their work is worship. This culture is fading slowly but it was really pleasure seeing this.Lighting
I went to this person's workplace where there was no fancy lighting, but it had this ray of sunlight coming from one side which was the one source of light entering and lighting up the whole image.Equipment
To get this shot I didn't have anything extra, with just my Canon EOS 750D + 50mm 1.8 STM lens with no external lighting or tripod used I captured this image.Inspiration
The struggle behind this was not to capture the moment but to see how he worked so hard without thinking about his meal and was engaged into his work. This indigenous culture that "WORK IS WORSHIP" inspired me to take this shot.Editing
Yes, a bit of tweaking with contrast and brightness, played a bit with the curves apart from that everything is natural and RAW.In my camera bag
I'm a travel film-maker, I prefer to travel light so with three various types of lenses which are (50mm, 18-55mm & 55-250mm) manage to cover all my needs. I also have a mini tripod to capture slow-shutter. I also carry a Speedlite for portraits but prefer to be natural a shutter release cable, charger, and batteries. I also manage to film with my phone if I don't have anything but the rest things are fixed in post-production.Feedback
I have this dream of owning my own Drone, gimbal, and a GoPro. I'm a really good instructor of those gadgets but not able to afford it for myself. I've practiced all of their uses from my friend's equipment. So anyone who wants to travel and explore places, then I recommend they should have this, but if not then don't stop your dreams. You still can make something, until you don't have it master your game in this equipment which are with you.
