The mute swan is gorgeous, and have much respect for a creature under such Scrutiny To watch its mating ritual is so beautiful, the animal mates for life and also has a Great Looking little Cygnet if there eggs are not oiled by the City, we must do are part and stewardship the eggs by washing them (Warm Soapy Water) after the City Oils them and take the eggs home(Incubate them), keep them warm and give them back to Mom when they are ready to hatch, I love our mute swans and ALL wildlife. The Swans are blamed for ECOLI Bacteria there are 30 Mated pairs and 500 Mated pairs of Canadian Geese, Oiling Eggs is not the answer.

A good image is one that becomes more than the sum of its parts, as this one does, you can almost float off into the lake with the Swan. There is a great feel to this image, well done.

So many emotions this photo brings to the table for me. The absolute beauty of the capture starts with the swan and is drawn toward the circle of waves as if a pebble had been thrown and then on to the sunrise. This is a first class photo all the way. Absolutely nothing not to like about it. Well composed, well captured, editing is perfect. Just a superbly done photograph.

Excellent composition with the swan partially out of frame and the ripples leading the viewer's eye to the focal point of the image, the sunset. Well captured!

The everyday becomes extraordinary here. As if the Swan is hoping for a better tomorrow.
