Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in my house during my birthday party, where a dozen of these wonderful flowers were gifted to me, by my friends.

Time

This picture reperesents that wonderful evening, with balloons, triple layered chocolate cake, and the best part was the handmade present with a bouquet of flowers nearby. This picture was taken on January 3rd

Lighting

I wanted the viewer to see the magic and minute details of nature which bring out the beautiful patterns and colours to life.

Equipment

This was taken with a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone.

Inspiration

Nature. I am a huge fan of nature photography all due to the fact that i believe what's already there is much more exquisite than what is made.

Editing

I had done a few edits, such as creating the effect for the "magical" feeling, and chenging the brightness and satyration levels.

In my camera bag

I'm a self taught photographer, who mostly takes photos from my phone's camera hence that's an equipment I never forget to pack

Feedback

From the nature photography that I have captured, I have noticed that the closer you get to nature the more beautiful it is, under the lens as well as your eyes. So the more details you can capture, with shaepness to the most, as well as naturality to its extent, the picture shall speak out the magic it hides.
