Thank you! The set up is really simple. All you need is a darkened room, an old/faulty cd, spraying bottle filled with water and a table lamp. Spray the cd, and place the light above it. You can achieve different looks by moving around the light or by placing the light closer to it. You will see as the colors will change and move :)

I took this picture at home(back then in Hungary) playing around, trying different things with my first digital camera. As i remember back then i was getting familiar with ISO and F-numbers.Time
It was taken during night somewhat after 8pm.Lighting
I simply used an old table lamp in a darkened room as didn`t have an professional equipments.Equipment
Back then i used Panasonic DMC-LZ8 digital camera which is a great equipment. I didn`t have tripod yet back then so it was taken handheld.Inspiration
Well it was a bit of accident as a bit of water splashed onto a CD and it looked nicely coloured. Of course i wiped that off quick. And got an old disc which got some reading problem so i could sacrifice that. :)Editing
No i didn`t do any post-processing on this photo. It turned out to be just right. In my camera bag
Now i have a lot more photography stuffs then back then when i took this picture. In my bag I have my Nikon D3200 with my 18-55mm kit lens, Nikon ninfty-fifty, Nikon 55-300mm lens 2 Yongnuo flashes(YN560-II&560-III),Yongnuo 160 led video light, Screw on filters(ND8, UV filters, circular polarizer, filter step up ring, 6-point star filter), Tripod, Cleaning kit with lens fluid and microfibre clothFeedback
Take your time with it, play around with different set ups and settings, angles. And use manual settings.
