This image was taken not fat from my apartment in Toulouse, France.Time
It was an end of the day shot. After work, i went out to photograph as i frequently do ( as often as i'm able)Lighting
I wanted to take advantage of the golden hour at sunset, i wanted the image to have a warm feeling too it, to get its colors out with a painterly look to it.Equipment
This image was made with my smartphone, an HTC U11. In this particular case, i've helped myself of the Lightroom Mobile app's HDR shooting capabilities.Inspiration
Since i'm a landscape passionate who seems to never be able to travel to different beautiful places, i roam the city's streets and parks looking for its natural parts, trying to somehow find a landscape within the urban environment.Editing
I tried to enhance the image's painterly feel by tweaking the colors a bit and warming the white balance just a tad. I also worked the greens which came out too saturated and enhanced the clarity. In my camera bag
As of now is usually just my new Olympus om-d e-m10 mark III with the 14-42mm f3.5/5.6 and the 40-150mm f3.5/5.6. Oh, that's right, and my latest purchase, a "Three Legged Thing - Punks Travis" tripod.Feedback
Look everywhere. I mean, really see. If, like me, you can't afford big travels and you love landscape photography, you just might find that there's something close to where you live that you can see and work as a landscape. Best of luck, out there.
