A self portrait, this image is a personal representation of what it feels like to be a smoker, hidden by my vice. This image was created to serve as a way to hold myself accountable while working to become smoke free.

I used my Nikon D5200, Nikkor 35mm lens, Pro-Line tripod, and two LimoStudio continuous lights with umbrellas.Inspiration
I decided to quit smoking earlier this year. I had made multiple attempts in the past, but they never seemed to work. This time I tried adding in new methods, one of which was creating an image that would serve as a reminder of why I wanted to quit. The next step was to share the image across social media to serve as a measure of accountability. I am now 75 days smoke free.Editing
Since I took the image while I was starting to quit smoking, I couldn't actually smoke in the image. This final image is a composite piece. In my camera bag
Two camera bodies, five lenses, and my external flash. Along with other odds and ends.Feedback
