Indeed, a mouth full! I can't help but worry that he's going to chock on that fish, but I'm sure he swallowed it whole in no time at all.

Thank you. The bird tried to swallow the fish but couldn't and eventually spat out the fish and flew off.

Hi Patrick, Congratulations on your win with this beautiful capture. It seems almost impossible to swallow that fish.

A love of capturing the moment.Editing
I'm not into doing loads of post process but i used lightroom which is enough to deal with any high ISO that you get and the associated noise!!! .Basic adjustments of contrast, Highlights, saturation ,shadows and sharpening. In my camera bag
I normally have my Nikon F4 300 mm, F5.6 200-500 mm(my go to lens) and a Nikon 3.5-5.6 18-200 mm ( for landscapes). A D750 and a D7100 body. A monopod and Rain cape.Feedback
Early morning light is the best time to capture wildlife on safari and you need a lot of patience as nature doesn't always perform as you want it to and when it happens be ready to capture the moment. Timing is crucial as your subject may move or disappear as quickly as it arrived. A few seconds can make the difference between an amazing capture and also ran picture. This moment lasted seconds and then it was over and i got 4 shots . A classic example of being ready to get your shot and capturing the moment. This is my favourite shot from The Okavango Delta trip.
