Well this idea popped into my imagination whilst moving the little Italian bicycle (which must be 40 years old)during a shed clean out at my home. The garden statue was there already, and it looked like she (it)was longingly looking at it perhaps wanting to take herself on a journey back to her past or maybe into a "new life" somewhere... Suppose it's a bit weird but it got my imagination going anyway!Time
Lightly cloudy day,mid to late afternoon...Lighting
I noticed there was not a shadow to be found here which allowed the subjects to "stand alone", outlining / highlighting themselves against the shed wall backdrop..Equipment
It was from my Samsung galaxy s5 (SM -G9001) mobile phone(true!) Exp.F 2.2@ 135th sec at iso 40 giving 11.9 MP of 4.5MBInspiration
Both classics in each of their fields, almost vintage really, and I wanted to see if rearranging their positioning could inspire the imaginations of other viewers of this "gardenscape"Editing
No,very little of anything at all to it really...It would probably look even more interesting/ thought provoking in sepia or b/w,but I liked the natural colours as they were really...In my camera bag
I now have a Galaxy s9 which has a "pro" shooting mode..It is quite nifty to use in that mode...My main photographic equipment is a 12 mp Nikon DSLR and a Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5 -ish compact zoom (with an excellent macro mode ) Plus a Sigma 18-200 f3.5-6.3 HSM...A good lens which can be a bit too slow in dimmer lighting conditionsFeedback
Careful framing and positioning so they can "relate to one another" mainly..
