Location
This Photo was taken near Daniels Reservoir in Southeast Idaho.Time
It was photographed in the early afternoon.Lighting
The day was a little overcast and somewhat gloomy leaving me with some post processing to do.Equipment
I used a Nikon D90 to photograph this old dwelling, topped with a 70-300 mm zoom lens.Inspiration
I love Old structures. They make me ask so many questions with their appearance.Editing
This photograph started out quite dull and flat but I wanted to make use of it. With the use of Lightroom 5 I added light/overexposed in many area's of the image, making the natural colors and highlights bring more depth to the image. In my camera bag
I carry a Nikon D610 topped with a Nikkor 28-300 mm lens. I also carry the typical cleaning supplies: bulb type air blower, Q-tips, small bottle of alcohol and extra satin cloths; not to mention a flashlight and extra batteries.Feedback
If I had it to do over again with this particular photo, I'd do it on a better day. However Lightroom 5 is a simple tool to learn and in my opinion is very useful in cases like this. I'm not the best source for advice once things have became too complicated. hehehe :)
