This is not Photoshop. So Happened that when i was preparing to take macro on this cute little guy it jumped out to where I put it. I was changing my lens from 70-200mm to 100mm Macro, then when I came back look what happened. Somebody was messing the lens. I put my 5D Mark II slowly in the Tripod and I took photo of this resting and hugging the lens cute little guy. I was just lucky!
Im sorry Nikon this guy loves Canon.

I guess he does not want to look good, that is why he chose Canon. If he had not done what he did, he would surely look like a fine handsome looking prince. Hehehe….I am a Nikon lover. Sorry! Voted! :-)

I took the photo at my own studio, here in Becida, Minnesota, USA.Time
I took the photo at exactly 8:14:16 AM. Fresh and energetic morning for the mighty frog to do its action.Lighting
I went outside our house to water my flowers during the time, but I saw this frog just near our doorway. My first thought was okay I will take macro photo on her. So I brought her back in my studio so I took out my 2 camera/ while I was changing the lens on my 5d MII this cute little guy jump out from the place i put her. It was interesting because she went to pose near the light. Slowly, I put my 5D to my tripod and take photos on her. Just 2 shots and he went to jump again. I had my strobe lights set up during the time.Equipment
Canon EOS 5D MII, Manfrotto tripod, EF100mm f/2,8L Macro IS USMInspiration
The position of that cute frog on top of my camera and lens and my interest and love for those amphibian because they help a lot in controlling the mosquitoes in our place.Editing
Yes, I did enhance the saturation a little bit.In my camera bag
I have lots of equipments i have in my bag but I normally bring my 3 cameras with lenses mounted already to the camera in a way I will not change lenses on the field to prevent dust to get inside my cameras. When shooting macro, I am pretty sure I have with me my macro lens, cable release, and extension tubes.Feedback
Sometimes taking macro works well in the most controlled environment like studio. You have the lights and set up. Some of the amphibians from long night sleep they preferred to display themselves in a warm place like heat of the sun and in studio near your lighting. They act more behave when they felt the warm from the lights. If you have big place you can just set the amphibians free and they will pose for you. The most concrete words are "let them do their own job." Observe closely their characteristics and they will not fail you. Always see to it that you keep your subject in focus and take the photos sharply. Smile and enjoy the moment where you are getting close to each other. By knowing your subject well you will respect their existence. Lastly, DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN THEM IN THE WILD.
