I adore the metallic effect that using water seems to give. I also love how the orange seems completely dry. Must have been one hell of a shutter speed!
Excellent work here, sire.

Location
In my Living room.Time
I think it was afternoon, before my brothers and sisters came home from school.Lighting
Have fun experimenting with your flashes! When I took this photo, I used the on camera flash. I wrapped a bit of card to the front of the flash in order to direct it to the ceiling and give a more diffused light on the orange. I was 16 when I took this, I had no idea what I was doing, which made it all the more rewarding when I got the shot.Equipment
Canon 600D, on camera flash with card, Kit lens and a small tripod.Inspiration
Karl Taylor is god.Editing
Apart from cropping and adding a bit of contract. The only other thing i done was clone out a few reflections that were appearing on the orange and on a few drips. In my camera bag
Camera and a few lenses. Of course a few spare batteries.Feedback
Don't be afraid to just try things and see how it works. Sometimes the fastest shutter speed isn't the best thing to do ;)
