This beautiful tree has been a wonder to me for many trips I had made to this beautiful countryside. I wasn't lucky enough to be there when the weather was fine. I had a feeling it will be good so I got there early enough. "This wrong" was photographed just before the dusk durnig very quick 350km trip back from Warsaw.Time
It was one of the most beautiful sunsets I can remember. I was shooting this tree in very cold conditions - looking for the best position, angle and light. Usually, I always change my location but here I was almost still - waiting for that shot.Lighting
As always I try to paint the scene I'm shooting with nature's best effects. That mysterious clouds make that photo and add drama with early sun rays coming from everywhere.Equipment
Phaseone 645DF, Mamiya 35mm F/3.5 lens @ 35mm, f16, ISO 50, Lee filters 0.9 HARD ND Grad, Polariser. Everything carefully placed on Manfrotto MT055XPRO3Inspiration
I love "roads" covered with pure nature and silence - here is one of the serie with a hero - dying tree.Editing
As usual RAW file was developed in capture one pro and cleaned up in Photoshop. In my camera bag
As a landscape photographer Phaseone 645 with 35mm lens and Lee filters is a must as well as tripod and caple release. I use sometimes Mamiya 55-110 f4.0 AF as a zoom lens.Feedback
