This is Multnomah Falls. Located in Oregon, It is the second highest year round waterfall in the U.S.. Plummeting 620 feet. Spry from the Falls often freezes against the cliff face , then thaws when the weather warms, causing rocks to crack and fall away. This process has been going on for more than 12,000 years. It has created the amphitheater shape at the bottom of the falls.
