First Sunrise of 2018 at Discovery Bay in Washington State. A four shot wide angle panoramic with my full sensor Nikon. Stitched together in Photoshop. Down the shoreline on the left you can see Mt Baker 100 air miles away. The dock poles are what's left of quarantine hospital. The hospital was built like 1880 or so and was the inspection point for passengers entering the USA. Mostly checking for small pox I believe. Although there was one case of leprosy discovered before this inspection point became outdated.
