Abstract object photography. A macro perspective of a neon light seen through the holes in a closed sop shutters. Taken using continuous shooting , with macro settings because the light inside the shutter was continuously scrolling and blinking. I wanted to create an original take on the theme of red , white, and blue and when i spotted this walking towards the High Street in Birkenhead on the Wirral , UK I couldn't resist. Unfortunately, it was an incredibly dull and cloudy afternoon during the Lockdown so the light was not as ideal as it needed to be to gain more vibrancy in the shutter colours , although the shabby , dated appearance does create a nice vintage art feel.
