I arrived at Doolin beach in Co Clare on Ireland's west coast to shoot the sunset. The rocks which had been placed on top of one another by someone who had since gone began to take shape and make shapes which made me take a second and third look. I saw a girl with a ponytail, or perhaps a buddhist monk sitting on a high ledge, meditating as the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean. Then I noticed that bolt of light from the sun, splitting the the rocks, and offering a glimpse of the sea in the background. This image for me represents inner peace.
