Thank you all for the beautiful comments on this photo. I love taking photos with figure skates they have a very special meaning to me. I was a figure skater growing up and through college. When I was skating I always felt like i had wings and when I learned jumps I could actually fly. Some of my fondest memories involve a pond, a lake or an ice arena.
