We were up before sunrise for our day at Sossusvlei in Namib-Naukluft National Park, Namibia. Our 4x4 got stuck in the sand on the way, and we were just able to make the first light as we traversed the dunes above Deadvlei. So many great shots of this area with the red of the dunes at midday, but I was fascinated by the shadows in the morning.
