It's easy to forget that the setting moon can also give amazingly warm colors to a landscape, given the right conditions to catch it. I took this picture in rural Alabama, on a friend's private land where another tripod has likely never been set up. The warm days and cold nights kept the water warm, which led to copious amounts of mist rolling off the water once the sun set.
