Sit back in a rocking chair and gaze into serene virgin rainforest seen from the deck of an open-air bungalow at Luna Lodge, a hydroelectric and solar powered wilderness reserve. Keep your eyes peeled though, a snake was relaxing on our porch one morning, and a scorpion in the restroom the next! We're all the way down on Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, right next to the magnificently diverse Parque Nacional Corcovado, where we hiked 8 miles the next day.
