Day 161 of 365 Challenge (June 10, 2015) - Continuing with the theme "Architecture" - Casa Loma ("House on the Hill") is a step back in time to a period of European elegance and splendour. In 1911 plans began to build Casa Loma and it took three years and $3.5 million to build. The former home of Canadian financier Sir Henry Pellatt is Canada's foremost castle complete with decorated suites, secret passages, an 800-foot tunnel, towers, stables, and a beautiful 5-acre estate gardens.

Amazing shot! B&W gives it a perfect Medieval look except for the modern windows, of course, but overall...a fantastic shot.....love this one.

Such a beautiful place is Casa Loma. Fantastic Capture!!! and processing!! My Dad bought a clock from a friend that was originally in Casa Loma - it is so beautiful!! Voted !!
